Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your child to train with our ICR master coaches. This workshop will provide valuable preparation and development for your child as they head into the competition season.

Remember, the more exposure our gymnasts receive, the better prepared they will be when it’s time to compete.

While this is not a competition, we kindly ask that all gymnasts wear their full competition uniform during the workshop. It’s essential for all students to attend, unless they are unable to.

What to wear:
Short Sleeve Competition Leotard
Long Sleeve Competition Leotard – Senior Levels 3-4
Hair in high bun with Gold Scrunchie
EGA Tracksuit
EGA T-shirt
White Socks with runners, slides or crocs
