Dear Parents,

We hope this email finds you well! We are excited to extend an invitation to your child for the upcoming Ice-Breaker competition at PCYC Campbelltown. This event will provide a fantastic opportunity for all students to brush off the cobwebs and get back into the swing of things as we prepare for the upcoming Competition season and Country Capital Cup in Tamworth.

The Ice-Breaker competition is particularly recommended for gymnasts who are competing for the first time. It serves as a valuable stepping stone, allowing them to gain experience and confidence before moving on to more challenging competitions.

In addition to the competition, we strongly advise that you attend the workshop if this is your first time competing at EGA. The workshop will provide valuable insights, tips, and guidance on what to expect during competitions and how best to support your child throughout their gymnastics journey.

In the draft version of the document, we will be specifying everyone’s levels based if they are ready to compete the new Level. However, please note that the final level allocations will be made when entries are due.
While we cannot guarantee your child’s placement in the level above, we want you to know that we are fully committed to doing our best to prepare them for higher levels of competition. Our dedicated coaches will work closely with each gymnast, focusing on improving their skills and ensuring they are ready for the next level.

It is important to note that we prioritise the safety and readiness of our gymnasts. If a gymnast does not have all the required skills or is not fully prepared, we will not push them into a higher level where they may struggle or risk injury. Our aim is always to create an environment where all participants can compete while feeling supported and encouraged.
