We are excited to inform you that EGA will be hosting a workshop specifically designed for all gymnasts competing in Level 3 & 4 for 2024.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide our students with valuable guidance and training, ensuring they are equipped with the right skills and dance routines leading up to the Ice Breaker Competition and Country Capital Cup. Participating in this workshop will give our girls a solid foundation for their competition season, allowing them to confidently progress to the next level once they have mastered their current one.

During this workshop, our experienced coaches will work closely with each gymnast, providing individualised attention and expert guidance. They will focus on refining skills, perfecting routines, and enhancing overall performance.

We strongly encourage all Level 3 & 4 gymnasts to attend this workshop as it will greatly benefit their competition journey. It is an excellent opportunity for them to learn from experienced professionals and gain an edge over their competitors.

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming workshop and parent information day that we will be hosting. This event aims to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding uniforms, expectations, and other important aspects of your daughter’s competition.

We will also be hosting a parent information session which will take place upstairs in the Dance room from 11:30am to 12:00pm. During this time, we will provide valuable information and address any questions you may have. It is especially important for new parents to attend, as it will give you an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the competition requirements and guidelines.

For those interested in learning more about competition hair, we invite you to bring your child’s gold scrunchie, two hair ties, gel, brush, and hairspray. Our team will be available for a quick tutorial on creating the perfect competition hairstyle.

To make the most of this session, we kindly request that you come prepared with a list of questions or concerns you would like addressed. This way, our team can provide comprehensive answers tailored to your needs.
