We hope you had a fantastic holiday season and a belated Happy New Year to each and every one of you! We’re excited to be back in the gym, witnessing our talented gymnasts in full swing once again.
we would like to invite all Squad 5-7 gymnasts to participate in our upcoming Education Clinic. This clinic will provide valuable insights and training to help take your skills to the next level. Here are the details:

Venue: SGAC, Rooty Hill
Date: 17th March 2024
Official Times:
L6 & L7 ICR Clinic 9:00am – 1:00pm (warm down time is club led after the finish time)
Coaches Lunch Break 1:00pm – 1:30pm
L5 ICR Clinic 1:30pm – 5:30pm (warm down time is club led after the finish time)

What to wear:
-EGA Training Leotard
-ICR Shorts (Will be delivered to the club next week)
-Hair in bun with Gold scrunchie
-EGA Tracksuit and T-shirt
-Crocs or sneakers to be worn with white socks for warm up
