Dear parents,

We hope this email finds you well! We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Level 1-8 Awards Ceremony, where we will be recognising and honoring the hard work and dedication of our incredible gymnasts.

The ceremony will take place at Eastern Gymnastics Academy on Saturday 9th December from 11:30am sharp until approximately 12:00pm (please note that the finish time is subject to change). We encourage you to bring along your family members to witness this special moment and celebrate the achievements of these talented girls.
We would like all athletes attending presentation to wear full EGA Tracksuit (purely for photos) Hair in bun with gold scrunchie with no shoes. (same attire as last year)

Following the awards ceremony, students will have the option to head directly from EGA to the End of Year Party at the New Market Hotel. It’s a fantastic opportunity for them to relax, mingle with their fellow gymnasts, and enjoy some well-deserved fun after a successful year of hard work. It would be nice to see all students wearing their tracksuit or pants and EGA T-shirt to the event as we are seeking sponsorship from this establishment.
If you are not able to wear your uniform casual attire is fine also.

Level 6 – 7:30am-11:00am
Level 5 – 7:30am-11:00am
Level 4 – 8:00am-11:00am
Pre-Squad 3 – 9:00am-11:30am
Squad 1 & 2 – 9:00am-11:30am
Senior Levels – 8:30am-11:30am
