Dear Parents,

As the year comes to a close, we are excited to invite you to a special evening where we can celebrate your child’s gymnastics achievements. Join us for the Recreation Awards Night during the week and during the day on Saturday, an event dedicated to recognising your child’s progress and hard work throughout the year.

Date: Saturday 25th November – Friday 1st December 2023
Time: During your child’s Lesson (schedule attached & emailed)
Location: Eastern Gymnastics Academy

During this event, parents are invited to attend their child’s class prior to the awards presentation. This will give you an opportunity to view their lesson and witness firsthand their growth and development in gymnastics.

On the day of the event, we kindly request that parents enter through the front entrance of the gym. Chairs will be provided for your convenience, ensuring everyone has a comfortable seat during the viewing session.

Following the viewing session, all students and parents will make their way upstairs to participate in the class presentation. This is an exciting for all children as all will receive a certificate for their hard work and progress throughout the year/term.

After the presentation, we have planned a fun-filled Christmas party for everyone. It’s a great chance for students and parents to mingle, celebrate together, and enjoy some festive treats.
We kindly request each family to bring a small contribution towards the party snacks or drinks.

We encourage you to mark your calendars and join us for this memorable occasion. Your child’s dedication deserves recognition, and we want to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for their hard work.

To ensure everyone has a great time, we would like to remind you of a few things:

1. Party Food: Please bring a plate of party food to share with the class. This will add to the festive atmosphere and give everyone a chance to enjoy some tasty treats together.

2. Photo Guidelines: We’re happy for you to capture special moments of your child during the fun week. However, please remember that photos should only include your own child out of respect for others’ privacy.

3. Selfie Wall: We have set up a selfie wall where you can take additional pictures with your child. Feel free to use this creative backdrop for some memorable snapshots!

4. Schedule Information: For detailed information about the fun week activities, please refer to the attached schedule available on our team app or website.

5. Communication with Recreation Parents: Recreation parents will also receive this information via email, so they can stay informed about what’s happening during the fun week.
