Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce that our final Floor Grandprix event of the year is just around the corner! This is a fantastic opportunity for your daughters to showcase their skills and talent in gymnastics.

We cordially invite you to join us and watch the Grandprix on the designated day and time assigned to your daughter. The event will take place in our gym, and we kindly request that you enter through the front doors.

To ensure you don’t miss your daughter’s performance, please refer to the schedule below for the specific DATES & Times by using the link below.

Level: Level 3-7
When
Tuesday 7th November – Senior Level 3 & 4
Wednesday 8th November – Squad 3 & Pre Squad 3
Wednesday 8th November * – Squad 5 & Squad 7
Thursday 9th November – Squad 4
Friday 10th November – Squad 6
Time: During Class time (Floor Rotation)
Where: Eastern Gymnastics Academy

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to check your daughter’s level and the exact time of her competition session. You can find all the details by clicking on the Competition Session times link provided below.

For students competing after 5:30pm, please make sure your daughter arrives wearing her training uniform and packs her competition uniform separately. This will help us organize the event efficiently and ensure she is prepared for her performance.

If your daughter is competing between 4:00pm-5:30pm, please have her arrive in her competition attire directly. Additionally, we kindly request that hair be properly styled prior to class and not in the student locker area.

COMPETITION UNIFORM must be worn to all competitions which includes:
-Competition Leotard
-Tracksuit
-T-shirt
-Hair in high bun with Gold scrunchie

Coaches will be checking everyones attire to ensure all is correct.
Please check prior to competitions if you are missing items and not on the day as I may not be able to assist you.

Award Ceremony for the Level 3-7 Grandprix will take place at Eastern Gymnastics Academy at the Level 3-8 End of Year Award Ceremony on Saturday 9th December @ 11:00am-12:00pm
