Dear Parents/Carers,
Please join us for FOR A FUN DAY at our Level 1-4 Spring Festival.

This competition is for all students in the competitive program who are competing Level 1-4 this year including the students from Squad 5 class competing at State Trials.
Due to an overwhelming response and a large number of participants, we have made the decision to split the competition times into two groups. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe it is necessary to maintain fairness and efficiency.

Please take note of the following changes:

1. Level 1 & 2: Competition Time – 8:30am to 10:30pm
2. Level 3 & 4: Competition Time – 10:30am to 12:30pm

Please arrive 15min early at the front door.

We understand that schedules are subject to change, especially in events like these. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding if there are any unexpected modifications to the schedule. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you informed in a timely manner.

Lastly, don’t forget that all entries must be submitted by Wednesday at 12:00pm sharp! This deadline allows us ample time to prepare for the judging process and announce the winners accordingly.

SPRING FESTIVAL is a lovely opportunity for parents to watch the competition.
All gymnasts will be performing routines in front of our judges.
Level 1-2 will be ribbon banded per apparatus and Medal banded (everyone receives a medal)
Level 3-4 will be ribbon banded per apparatus and trophies for 1-3rd overall and 4-6th place Certificates.

Competition Groups:

Divisions are broke up into age groups
Level 1 – Banded
Level 2 – Banded
Level 3 – Jnr/Int/Snr
Level 4 -Jnr/Snr

Gymnasts will be entered in their level they are competing for 2023 State trials or IPSHA.
Kambala School will also be joining us for competition.

Please note seating is for 1 parent per gymnast We may have extra seating for 2 parents depending on the entries.
Seating is only for adults. Children are to sit on laps of parents and not run around the gym or playing on the equipment.

UNIFORM:Must be ordered ASAP if you have not organised your competition attire.
Level 1-4 – EGA Short Sleeve Competition Leotard, T-shirt and EGA Tracksuit
Senior Level 3 & 4: EGA Long sleeve Competition Leotard, T-shirt and EGA Tracksuit
Hair must be pulled back and gelled with Gold scruchie
No jewellery
No watches
No make up
