SQUAD 1 & 2 LEVEL CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS

Dear Parents,
We are excited to see our Squad 1 & 2 perform their skills this upcoming weekend :)
LCOY will be tested as the students have had limited time to learn routines to music, which will take the pressure off trying memorise skills.
Current and New Gymnasts are able to attend.
SQUAD 1 & 2 TESTING
Saturday 4th December 9:00am-12:00pm
Testing Attire
-Long sleeve or short sleeve EGA Training Leotard
-No shorts or tights
-Correct undergarments
-No Jewelry
-Hair gelled back in a tight bun (not a soft ballet bun)
-Gold Scrunchie or ribbon
(Please see Competition hair style in the “Gallery Tab”)
Gymnasts will receive their results via iClass App.
All students in Squad 1 & 2 are required to be tested as part of the Squad Curriculum designed by Gymnastics Australia to identify the progression into the higher levels.
AWARDS
1st-3rd Place Apparatus – RIBBONS
1st-3rd Place Overall – MEDALS
4th-6th Place Overall – RIBBONS
All Gymnasts will receive a participation Certificate
Results will be posted on your Parent portal app.
How to access Skills information?
After logging into your Customer Portal account, you will navigate to the MY ACCOUNT section.
From the “Your Students” list, you can click on the “Evaluations” button to view Skills information related to that student.
Gymnast can dress up in their favourite Disney character once they have finished the 4 apparatus. Awards will be presented in their costumes outside at the front of the gymnasium.
Please advise if you are not competing as all students will be expected to attend the Skills testing in preparation for 2022.
Unfortunately we will not be able to test your child during class as we have brought in judges to assess the gymnasts.
Always check the event schedule as we plan our competitions at the start of the year to avoid any clashes.
