Please find attached your session times for Level 8 Country Capital cup.
1:15pm – Arrival time
1:30pm – Competition time
5:00pm – Approx finish time

Spectating time schedule
Friday 11th June
Level 5’s – 1:30pm-4:30pm

Saturday 12th June
Level 7’s – 8:00am-10:30pm
Level 10’s – 5:00pm-8:30pm

Sunday13th June
Level 3’s – 8:00am-10:00am
Level 4’s – 10:00am-12:30pm

Please make sure you have morning tea packed, lunch and afternoon tea including snacks for the day. The competition venue will have a canteen, massages and hair braiding. Girls are only to have hair braided after they compete.

EGA-GET-TO-GETHER
All levels are expected to spectate and support fellow team mates in Tamworth. Happy for parents to leave gymnasts at the stadium.

I’ve booked Longyard Hotel and seating 15 kids and adults indoors. Thought it would be nice to have dinner at a Tamworth Western Style setting.
Dinner’s at 6:00pm Friday 11th June, straight after 5:00pm Level 5 Presentation.

Hopscotch cafe is booked to seat 15 adults (no children on seating) 1:00pm Sunday 13th June – Kids will have a sausage sizzle in the park at the cafe (cafe and park on the same property)
Seating will be outside where we can keep an eye on gymnasts playing in the park.
