This is a friendly reminder that this week (Week 11) is the final week of Term 2.

Term 3 Commences Monday 20th July 2026

Please note that Week 11 is a bonus week, as your Term 2 tuition fees covered Weeks 1–10 only. We hope all of our gymnasts enjoy this extra week of training before the holidays!

We hope all of our students have had a fantastic Term 2. It has been so lovely seeing their smiling faces each week and watching them grow in confidence, skills, and friendships.

Thank you for your continued support throughout such a busy and rewarding term. We are incredibly proud of all of our gymnasts and truly grateful to have such an amazing community here at Eastern Gymnastics Academy.

We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another exciting term!

Term 3 Registration Process

All current Term 2 enrolments will automatically roll over into Term 3 (tuition fees only), so there is no need to re-register.

Please take a moment to check your enrolment through your Customer Portal to ensure your child is enrolled in the correct class, particularly if they have recently moved classes.

If you would like to change your child's training day or class, please:

• Log in to your iClassPro Customer Portal.
• Update your enrolment.
• Send us an email confirming the requested change.

If your child will not be returning for Term 3, please complete the Withdrawal Form below before Thursday 2nd July 2026 to avoid being charged, as places are automatically held.

If your child will be taking a break and returning later in the term, please unregister from the class and simply re-register when you are ready to return. Please note that places can only be guaranteed once registration has been completed and are subject to availability.

Important Reminders
Make-Up Lessons
Please note that make-up classes are only available when a valid medical certificate is provided. Missed classes due to holidays, family commitments or other activities are not eligible for make-up lessons.

Payment Plans
If you require a payment plan for Term 3 fees, please email us by Thursday 2nd July 2026.

Winter Reminders
As the weather gets colder, please remember:
- Bring a water bottle to every lesson (water is also available from our vending machine).
- Long hair must be tied back at all times.
- No jewellery or expensive items to be worn or left at the gym
- Wear warm clothing to and from the gym.
- Please wear footwear when arriving and leaving the gym.

New Kinder Development Program
We are excited to welcome our new Kinder Development Program, now running on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

This is a selective pathway program for gymnasts aged 4½–6 years who have successfully completed a trial and shown potential for competitive gymnastics.

Saturday places have filled quickly; however, we currently have availability on our Tuesday and Thursday classes.
