We are excited and ready to welcome everyone back for Term 1, 2026, which commences Monday 2nd February 2026.

Please remember to check your account to ensure your child is registered for their gymnastics classes.

Please note:

- Parent/Carer registration is required

- Term registrations do not roll over from 2025 to 2026 and must be completed again

As it is a new year, your GYMNSW Membership and Insurance has been added to your Term 1 fees only.

GYMNSW Membership and Insurance Fees

- Kinder / Preschool Classes: $68

- Recreation Classes: $97.50

- Adult Classes: $68

- Levels 1 & 2: $137.50

- Level 3-10: $162

All registrations must be completed prior to your child’s lesson. Please double-check that your term registration has been finalised.

New students enrolling in Levels must complete their registration online.

⚠️ Important: All Recreation classes are grouped by school year, not age. Please use the guide below when registering:

New Kindergarten students (2026) → Beginner Recreation - Kindergarten to year 1 (2026)
Year 1 students (2025) → Intermediate Recreation - Year 2 to Year 3 (2026)

Year 3 students (2025) → Advance Recreation - Experienced Year 3 to Year 6 (2026)

Year 3 students 2026 will be assessed to move to Advance Recreation Levels

Year 6 students (2025) → Teen Gym - High School Students (2026)

Program Updates for 2026

Advance Recreation → Changed to Advance Recreation Levels

This program has undergone an exciting transformation and will soon be known as Advance Recreation Levels.

It will:

- Introduce gymnasts to the WAG Levels program

- Prepare students to participate in State Stream Levels

- Provide opportunities to compete in the Novice Division (State Stream)

Intermediate Recreation (Years 2 & 3)

Students will be introduced to Level 1 & Level 2 skills, allowing structured skill development within the WAG pathway.

Beginner Recreation

Circuit-based learning focusing on:

- Fundamental movement skills

- Lead-up and progression skills

- Long-term development toward Junior Levels Squads

Skills Testing: All Recreation skills testing will take place during your child’s regular class time.
We look forward to our Recreation Levels students showcasing their routines during Parent Viewing Week (dates to be shared shortly).

- No jewellery or watches

- Bring a filled water bottle to every lesson

⚠️ Late Collection:

- Please collect your child on time.

- Late pick-up fees apply after class. If running late, please notify us on your group chat.

⚠️ Safety Reminder:

- Parents must collect children at the front door (Level 5-9 at the back door)

- Students are not permitted to walk into the carpark unattended

- Coaches will dismiss students at the front door

- We take no responsibility for valuables
