We hope you all had a fantastic Term 2! As we wrap up the term, we want to thank you for your continued support and involvement. It has been an absolute pleasure working with your children and having your family as part of the Eastern Gymnastics Academy community.

As we head into Term 3, please take a moment to read through some important updates:

📣 EGA End-of-Term News

To help streamline the process for families, we are automatically rolling over all enrolments for:

Pre-School

Recreational

Competitive Levels

➡️ Adult Gymnastics classes will still require re-registration each term.

⚠️ Withdrawal Process – Action Required

If your child will not be returning in Term 3, you must complete the Withdrawal Jotform by Friday, 4th July.

🔒** Important Notes:**

-Only submissions via the Jotform will be accepted – emails or phone calls to staff will not be valid for withdrawal.

-The form goes directly to our Accounts Manager.

-If the form is not submitted by the deadline, your child’s enrolment will automatically roll over into Term 3, and you will be liable for Term 3 fees.

🔄 Changing Classes?

If you need to change your class or training day:

Please log into your iClass Pro App where you can:

-View your current class

-Update class times/days

-Check your payment ledger

-Add or drop classes for Term 3
