I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! As we wrap up Term 1, we want to express our gratitude for your support and involvement. It has been a pleasure working with our students and having you as part of our community.

Attached, you will find the EGA NEWS, which includes important information about registering for Term 2.

REGISTRATIONS FOR TERM 2 ARE NOW OPEN!

Recreation Gymnasts: Please re-enroll for Term 2 via your customer by Sunday 6th April.
This ensures that our incumbent gymnasts receive priority and first preference for available spots.
Please note that bookings will open for new participants starting on 7th April. To secure your child’s place and avoid any disappointment, we encourage you to complete the enrollment process at your earliest convenience.

Competitive Gymnasts: Our office staff will rollover the enrolments so no need to do anything until you receive your statement.
Any changes to your registration, please let us know by 12th April.

PAYMENTS

We would like to remind you of a few important details regarding the payment process for your child’s class enrollment.
Your child’s spot in the class will be confirmed once we receive your payment. If you wish to use an approved split or payment plan, please ensure that it is finalised by Week 8 – Saturday 29th March to avoid any late fees.

Additionally, we kindly ask you to check your account to ensure that all applicable discounts have been correctly applied.

Sibling discount Discount of 5% applies to the lesser fee for all siblings
Multiple class discounts: The more classes you do the cheaper your classes get
Active & Creative Kids Vouchers: Please forward the QR code to us before enrolling
so we can adjust the payment amount.

If you need assistance with your registration, please see me at EGA on the following dates: -Saturday 29th March, 10-2pm.
-Saturday 12th April, 10-2pm.
