Hey Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I have some exciting news to share! It’s almost time for the Annual Grandprix competitions for 2025, and we can’t wait to see our talented gymnasts in action.

This year, we are thrilled to invite Level 1-2 gymnasts to participate. The event is designed for those competing or preparing to move up from Level 1-5. Throughout each term, our gymnasts will focus on one apparatus, enabling them to excel and achieve their personal bests. They will compete within their training groups at their allocated levels.

To ensure a fair and professional competition, a qualified judge will be present at each group’s session. These mini competitions are invaluable in building confidence and preparing our athletes for the next level and the End Of Year competition.

Please remember that all students will be registered for this event as it is an integral part of their training schedule and apparatus rotation time.

Cost: $40.00 (The event fee is one payment only $40.00 Which will cover all 4 Grandprix heats throughout the year)

Registration Process
We are pleased to inform you that the Grandprix Heats will be automatically added to your customer portal, so there is no need for you to register your daughter for this event—we’ve got everything covered!

However, if your daughter will not be participating in the event, please let us know by sending an email to ega.gymnastics.coach@gmail.com. This is important as charges for the event will apply unless we receive notification otherwise.

Parent spectating
We would also like to extend a warm welcome to all parents who wish to spectate during the competition. Please note that after watching the event, we request that parents vacate and pick up their children at the usual time following their regular training session—no early pickups are necessary.

Gymnast Competition Attire:
- Full EGA Competition uniform
- Competition Leotard
- EGA Tracksuit
- Hair in high bun with Gold scrunchie (Competition hair)

1. For Gymnasts with Sessions from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM:

- Please arrive dressed in your competition attire.

- Remember to pack your training leotard.

2. For Gymnasts with Sessions from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM:

- Arrive in your training leotard.

- You will change into your competition attire prior to competition.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled date of your Grand Prix, we will offer a “Make-up” Grand Prix during the following week or lesson. Note that no competition uniform is required for this session, and there will be no parent spectators.

We are looking forward to a fantastic event and celebrating as one gymnast per level is crowned Grand Prix Champion of the Year!
